Rsolid is also responsible for transport safety. If the shipment is lost or damaged by the carrier, it will be processed again, completely free of charge. Thanks to our extensive database, we have the opportunity to verify that the customer orders the right injectors for his car. Our operators are thus able to react quickly to any discrepancies and modify the order in accordance with the customer.
At present, we distribute products from BOSCH, DENSO, Delphi and Catepellar, Scania, Volvo, MTU ，Cummins fuel injectors and pumps. All the fuel injectors we sell can provide test reports from high specification test benches.
Rsolid sells brand new and original remanufactured injectors as well as diesel system components.
Order
The shipment is insured by the courier. If you have not received the shipment within the established deadline, please inform us via the contact form, we will check the situation and, in case of loss of the shipment, we will completely replace the ordered goods by sending you additional injectors.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible.If we have already processed the order, please cancel it via Returns Management.
Packages are usually shipped within 2-3 days after payment and delivered via DHL or FedEx

Returns and Complaints
Use our returns management service. Enter your email, order ID, find your items and contact us.
The complaint will be resolved within 7 days through a refund or replacement of the syringe.
Please send the goods that are the subject of the complaint to the address indicated on the Shipping and Returns page.
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
We will refund the cost of return shipping, provided that the error was
on our part. In the case of returns due to a change of mind and any other reason for return that is not due to an error on our part, we will not refund the return shipping costs, but only the full
purchase price and the cost of shipping from us to the customer.
All items purchased on our site can be returned, provided they are in like-new condition, as specified in our terms and conditions.
If you wish to cancel your order, please fill out the withdrawal form and send the goods to our address. We have extended the legal period of 14 days so that every customer has time to return the goods they do not need, whatever the reason.
